This issue contains further analysis of measuring the 'quality of life' in urban environment, and includes: 1. Measuring Children's Play Needs 2. Measuring Residential Car Parking Needs 3. Measuring School Sportsground Needs 4. Measuring Domestic Lay-out and Furniture Needs 5. Should the Factory be a Community Centre? 6. Should the church be a Community Centre? Most of these items have bearing on the discussion in the previous issue, and is the continuation of the popular subject: "What standards would raise the quality of local community life?"
