Introduction to special issue on “Cultural Diversity and Identity Issues in Sports Organisations". This special issue explores the dimensions of cultural diversity that relate to the marketing and management of sport. The research articles in this issue attend to factors and issues dealing with policy, inclusion, affirmative action legislations, identity, and equity in all aspects of sports organisations as well as related issues that have emerged within the context of cultural diversity.
