Abstract

Sites of Convergence: Series #3 is a series of slides centred on the interior architecture that is of significance to a number of Italian communities, initially in Italy and subsequently for the Italian diaspora living in Australia. Shifting originally from the Tuscan town of Prato, in Italy, to Daylesford and the Hepburn Shire in Victoria, this series now encompasses the towns of the Hinchinbrook Shire in Queensland to more generally examine the common spaces that these communities share.
