Abstract

This article focuses on the most important risks in the context of international freight forwarding operations, highlighting some of the critical areas that an international freight forwarder should be mindful of, and offering suggestions for managing these risks. It should be noted that, due to the wide variety of services that an international freight forwarder may offer, it is not possible to deal with all circumstances, therefore, this article considers only the major risk aspects faced by this industry sector
