Abstract

Many companies have implemented enterprise resource planning systems to support their various business processes. These companies are now trying to manage the performance of this information technology infrastructure in terms of usage, support and maintenance. An important part of this process is the identification of appropriate performance measurements. This paper reports on a study which captured data from SAP Australian customers and establishes a number of benchmarks for Total Cost of Ownership and resource allocation for the usage, support and maintenance of SAP solutions. --ACIS 2006
