Abstract
In this study filtration using a ceramic tube was combined with ozonation to remove organic compounds present in the secondary effluent from one of Melbourne's Sewage Treatment Plants. The application of ozonation to ceramic membrane filtration resulted in significant decreases in membrane fouling.
