Abstract
In this Urban Renewal issue: 1. Peter Holling discussing community participation in planning processes; (c) Students resistance against the Housing Commission bulldozers and support for community participation in house renovations. 2. "Happy Valley ... A Case History" or "The Housing Commission has Disqualified Itself as a Planning Authority".
