Abstract

This study aim to investigate are their differences in learning style preferences of students grouped as high or low reading achievement scores. A total cohort of 399 students from eight schools participated and responded to VARK questioner. The study was conducted in two phases. The finding inducted that visual students in general achieve higher score in RAAF than students whose preferred other learning styles. Results of the MANOVA indicated that there were significant difference for gender and grade level, but not for the VARK7G learning style categories in relation to the RAAF scores and FT scores.
