Abstract
ERP vendors espouse the benefits of implementing their system. Initially the major benefit was to solve Y2K and problems associated with the integration of disparate systems. Companies are revisiting their ERP system to examine how to strategically leverage their investment in these systems. This study examines the expected and actual benefits of current implementations and assesses the ROI of these implementations. --ACIS 2003
