Abstract

This podcast has also been published by Amazon and TuneIn. The conversation focused on 1) the research I lead on women in sport and 2) the need to translate research into resources to encourage change in the sports industry; breaking down barriers and providing the 'care' factor for girls and women through research. Insights contribute to building awareness and confidence to implement policy and program changes to encourage women as leaders and players in sport.
