Abstract
Assessment of patients presenting to emergency departments(EDs) with chestpain is an increasing challenge worldwide. Multislice computed tomography angiography (MCTA) has good negative predictive value for coronary artery disease (CAD). This study aims to quantify the proportion of ED rule-out acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients suitable for MCTA.
