Abstract

In Vietnam, the number of companies has increased and many of them have become successful. This paper analyses the strategic recognition of intellectual propery in Vietnam for value creation. This understanding will help policy makers to strategically plan and use intellectual capital for market growth and a sustained competitive edge.
