Abstract

Online dispute resolution, the application of information communication technology to support alternative dispute resolution, offers tremendous opportunities for disputing parties seeking alternative to costly and exhausting litigation. In this paper we discuss an integrative approach for supporting online dispute resolution, and use trade-offs and compensation strategies.
