Author contacted Phillip Kent (University Librarian) asking for removal.  Lyn confirmed that thesis is to be removed from public view, but not totally deleted.

Philip Kent suggested that I might have it put back at some time in the future by arrangement with the publisher. This is a possibility – though I definitely want it removed from public access until/ unless I advise otherwise.
