"PDF file I sent you is a typeset version of the manuscript (aka “camera-ready copy”) that I myself prepared for the publisher. It was not the “publisher’s proof” version that Peter Lang asked me to authorise for publication. It follows the instructions set out in Peter Lang’s style guide, but does not use any proprietary fonts or other graphic designs of the publisher" - email from author.
