Author requested restriction for fulltext to VU staff and students 10/12/12.  Permissions form has no request for embargo etc.  Emailed Katie (OPR) asking if there was an embargo.  Removed thesis until notified of outcome.  Lyn 10/12/12.  followed up June 2014 - embargo was denied.  paperwork sent from GRO and added to libshare, thesis returned to Repository.
