As we have been unable to source a full text copy we are going to remove the entry from our website unless you have a copy that could be digitised?
The client (TAFE Queensland) commissioned an NCVER staff member (Hugh Guthrie) to create a state specific manual based on his national manual which is available in full text on our website at: http://hdl.voced.edu.au/10707/123303
