This report constitutes the research, results and major options developed from the national review of TAFE teacher preparation and development. It complements earlier reports from stage 1 (see TD/TNC 22.30 and TD/TNC 22.37), which identified seven key skill categories for TAFE teacher preparation and ongoing teacher development. Stage 2 of the review focused on the development of approaches for TAFE teacher preparation and development, including a possible model for the professional development of existing TAFE teachers.
