Hunter/Dhanda appear to be authors rather than editors, but I'm not certain -MA 14/4/14.  Title in author's list was "B2E HR portals: an employee self-service case study"  Chapter verified from http://www.amazon.com/Information-Systems-Exploring-Applications-Government/dp/images/0972956212 - ch 2 is by these authors and indicates clearly editors  are Hunter & Dhanda.
