A major challenge in business education is balancing theoretical understanding with 
awareness and experience of the real world of work. The Industry Professional Engagement 
Program in the Faculty of Business and Law at Victoria University aims to achieve this 
balance by bringing industry practitioners into the classroom to encourage and inspire 
undergraduate business students.
