The fax cover sheet is called '2nd installment on Ethics Paper'. Part of draft report on a national workshop of Aboriginal community representatives.  The purpose of the workshop was to produce a set of guidelines on the Ethical Responsibilities of Research in Aboriginal Health.  The Workshop was held August 1987, at Tallimba, New South Wales.  This paper contains draft sections: Forward, Goals and objectives of the Workshop, and The process of consultation.
