General Conditions: 	

    On authors personal website, institutional repository, pre-print repository, arXiv or funding body's designated repository
    Pre-print to be removed on archiving of authors post-print
    Set phrase to accompany each version (see policy)
    Publisher copyright and source must be acknowledged
    Must link to publisher version
    Publisher's version/PDF cannot be used
    If funding rules apply authors may post author version in Accepted v, requested (Shi), 26.5.17--MMM
