Not a VU thesis.  Removed from public view, Lyn 27/5/2010.  Email has been sent to Central Queensland University asking if they want the PDF to add to their repository.  No response from CQU.  Email to Arthur suggesting he contact them, and removed PDF.  Metadata remains in VUIR  Lyn 10/8/2010
