PDF is too large to load. Couldn't compress using Adobe Acrobat Pro. LM 13/01/20. PDF has embedded videos; spitting it into appropriate sized chunks will result in too many files; it has been sent to Digital Services for a resolution. Lyn 4/7/2020.
