Ch. 2-3. 3 published research outputs included. No permissions found for any of the 3 research outputs that suggested the published version is permitted. Papers were removed, and pages inserted with title and link to full-text. Paper which forms Ch. 4. is a submitted version of an article that has not yet been published. Submitted version is permitted according to Sherpa/Romeo: https://v2.sherpa.ac.uk/id/publication/7618 however the Publisher source must be acknowledged with citation, and Must link to publisher version with set statement.
