Emailed author. Author  checking with Movember for approval for the full text report to be made available on the VURR.  LL 20/9/23

"heard back from Movember, and they have expressed the following – 

“We have come to the decision that we would prefer that the State Wellbeing Report be adapted and used for non-commercial purposes, the licence titled Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) may be more appropriate to use in this instance.

This would allow VU to use report but only for non-commercial purposes. We hope that this decision is ok with everyone involved.

Movember, as the funder and convener, is wary that the report is yet to be used for the implementation of Wellbeing Plan and therefore didn't want it spread around too much until this has occurred.”

So I assume that, at least at this stage, VU does not make this report available in the Research Repository.
