Abstract

The mechanical properties of starch-based films were investigated as a function of water and relative humidity (RH) to identify the maximum level at which the films can be viably used as packaging materials. Paper presetned at the 17th International Association of Packaging Research Institutes (IAPRI) World Conference of Packaging - held Tianjian, China, 12-16 October, 2010
