Bilbrough, Paola (2013) Porous: poems. [Artefact]

Additional Information

This 22 page booklet comprises part of the creative work for my PhD thesis "Givers, Takers, Framers: the Ethics of Auto/biographical Documentary" The "I" in these poems goes hitch-hiking when her mother moves to France with a bee-keeper, listens to The Eagles, meets a child with a Huck-Finn accent, and is suffused with memory, colour and sensual detail. This short collection forms part of the creative component of the thesis "Givers, Takers, Framers: the Ethics of Auto/biographical Documentary". Earlier versions of individual poems have been published in a variety of anthologies and literary journals in Australia, New Zealand, United States of America and the United Kingdom. Funding received from Creative Victoria.
