This eccentric one-page issue raises subject of town planning, reminding about Hamer's Workshop Forum on Melbourne's Future Growth at the La Trobe University (7th October 1967). The Forum will have heard the first public versions of the Town and Country Boards recommendations, and of the transportation Committee.
