The big debate for Town Planning and Research Group (TRG) members in this issue revolves around what the future of Melbourne will be like, and how its future growth will be organised. Provided are various considerations covering the scope and quality of development, and the composition and character of the organisational machinery which will have an important bearing on the major question of what sort of growth will take place.
