Abstract
Sharp error estimates in approximating the Riemann-Stieltjes integral with (l,L)-Lipschitzian integrators and applications for the Čebyšev functional are given. Some inequalities that complement the classical results due to Čebyšev, Grüss, Ostrowski and Lupaş are also provided.
