Abstract
Toyohari Meridian Therapy (TMT) is a Japanese system of acupuncture. Little is know how reliable TMT is for pulse, abdominal and pattern diagnosis, being the two main diagnostic methods used in TMT. A study of the level of agreement between two TMT practitioners suggests a reasonable level of agreement in pulse and abdominal diagnosis and room for improvement for the level of agreement for primary and secondary sho diagnosis.
