Abstract

Two projects on skill formation have been commissioned by CIDA This project identifies and evaluates current skill formation practices. A further project identifies desirable future skill formation requirements for the construction industry. The outcomes of both projects will provide CIDA with a basis for developing recommendations on how to move from the present to the desirable future.
